1. What is Green Petro™?
Green Petro™is an Indian manufacturer of eco-friendly, high-performance mold release agent used across rubber, plastic, PU, composite, and cable molding industries. We specialize in water-based, silicone-free, and custom formulations designed for clean demolding and regulatory compliance.
2. Where are you located?
Our production and R&D unit is based in Faridabad, Haryana (India). We ship pan-India and also support export-ready documentation for international clients.

4. What is the shelf life of your mold release agents?
Standard shelf life: 6–9 months

5. Can you create a custom release agent for my application?
Yes. We specialize in custom formulations tailored to:

Surface finish (matte, gloss, etc.)

6. Are your products suitable for EPDM, NBR, NR, and silicone rubber?
Yes. Our agents are tested and proven compatible with all major rubber compounds, ensuring no cure inhibition, staining, or contamination.
7. Do you offer both spray and brushable formulations?
Yes. We offer sprayable, brushable, and dip-compatible products. Viscosity and flow properties can be customized.

8. What is the maximum temperature your release agents can withstand?
Our products are thermally stable up to 300°C, making them suitable for EPDM curing, PU molding, and continuous vulcanization.
9. Do your mold release agents leave residue on parts or molds?
No. Our formulations are designed to be non-staining, low-residue, and easy to clean, ensuring better part finish and fewer mold cleanings.
10. What is the average viscosity of your products?
Viscosity ranges from 800 to 1300 cP depending on the grade. We also offer shear-thinning systems for spray applications.
11. Can your products be used in automated spray systems?
Yes. Many of our formulations are designed for airless spray systems, robotic arms, and automated application lines.
12. Are your products food-grade or medical-grade?
We do not supply food-contact certified products at this time, but we do offer low-toxicity, silicone-free, and cleanroom-compatible agents suitable for medical molding.

17. What are your storage guidelines?
Store in a cool, dry place between 5–30°C, away from direct sunlight. Avoid freezing or storing above 50°C.
18. Do you offer custom packaging or labelling?
Yes. We offer OEM/private label services and custom packaging for distributors and international clients.
19. Do you ship across India or internationally?
Yes. We ship pan-India and support international logistics, customs documentation, and labeling for exports.labelling
